Dress Code:

As this is a formal event, all students attending Prom are expected to be dressed in formal attire. Inappropriate dress will result in your removal from Prom.

Gentleman - A full tuxedo or suit with tie and dress shoes is required. No hats, baseball caps, or tennis shoes.

Ladies - An appropriate, formal gown with shoes is required.

Drug & Alcohol Policy:

Understand that no drugs or alcohol are permitted at any AACPS school sponsored event. Ms. Cares and the administrative staff have the full authority to remove a student who is suspected of drinking or under the influence of drugs.

AACPS POLICY STATES: STUDENTS UNDER OR SUSPECTED OF BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES, WILL HAVE THEIR PARENT CONTACTED AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROM. ANY STUDENT REMOVED FROM PROM FOR DRUGS OR ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO WALK ACROSS THE STAGE AT GRADUATION.
